Training includes:

• Live Training Sessions spread over 3 days

• Daily Satsang by the fire (spiritual discussion)

• Asana and Pranayama class each day

• Yoga Nidra each day

• Follow-up Supporting Asana & Prayanama classes – Live, or via recording

• Prescribed personal daily home practice to support your expansion and harmonization with the depth of practice

• Optional Weekly Online personal mentorship for 3 weeks following initiation

Kriya refers to activity within the realm of consciousnss and through these prescribed movements of consciousness, we awaken to our own power and to the ultimate truth within it.

Through an active and prescribed approach to meditation, it becomes possible to know and work with the suble layers of enertetic anatomy and previously veiled spiritual levels, leading to a very refined and powerful awareness of the makeup of one’s own humanity and beyond. Once this is realized, it may then be transcended to acccess the higher reaches of knowledge, wisdom, bliss and freedom.

Through the creation and introduction of carefully ordered information to the deeper mind, we strengthen the nervous system, and make it possible to awaken latent areas of the brain. It is in this awakening that one comes close to the the truth of their path in this lifetime, and the a natural order of both the seen and previously unseen within existence.
